Women's Strength Training Class

Calling all active females! Are you a runner, cyclist, avid hiker? Have you not made time for strength training or maybe you just don’t know where to start? We would love to help this fall and winter get started. Mountain Wellness & PT is offering a weight lifting class specifically for you! It will include:

1) Movement assessment by our PT - figure out where YOUR muscle imbalances are hiding

2) 8 week program (16 sessions) of targeted weight training by our athletic trainer

     - Monday & Wednesday 8AM-9AM

3) Community of women with similar goals as you

4) 2 Cupping sessions for recovery and blood flow

5) Access to our PT for Q&A

6) Limited to 6 participants for individual instruction and supervision

$400 - payment collected at first class

Childcare available for an additional cost
