PT for Injury Prevention while Training for Miles

It’s running season!  Well, I  consider it running season. The cooler temperatures tells my body it's time to increase those running miles because I  just perform better in the cooler temps. Another way I  perform better is an effective maintenance plan which includes cross training, weight lifting and soft tissue work. Soft tissue helps the body rebuild muscles, tendons, ligaments that are constantly being stressed during running. It is so much easier to prevent a frustrating injury than it is treating it... Or should I say, a much quicker recovery than long term healing and treatment.

To kick off the cool temperatures, we are offering a brand new program to keep our runners on the road & trail WITHOUT injury. 

These packages include physical therapy (if needed), ASTYM soft tissue treatment, dry needling for neuromuscular health and always, a PT who will quickly address an issue preventively and/or immediately when needed.
