Here at MTN Wellness we love serving the community. We do this by hosting group rides, runs, hikes and workouts; we also partner with area gyms and outdoor spaces to bring injury prevention and treatment clinics to keep you moving and enjoying these mountains!
Here is what’s on tap for March.
Sunday afternoon 1:30pm Ladies Runs (Black Mountain)
The runs are set up like this: If you hate group runs… this is for you! If you love group runs… its also for you! Either come chat with a friend OR don’t chat at all. Run your pace… heck, walk/run if you want. We will provide routes and mileage and then meet back at The Collective for a beverage.

March 24th: Beginner Women's Mountain Biking Ride (Old Fort)
Ladies! If you are new to the mountain bike OR have been off the trail for a number of years, we would love to ride with you! We will review basic MTB skills, ride some miles, and not drop you as we ride for approx. 1 to 1.5 hours. Led by local MTB rider, Sandra Carpentier.
